Our Women Only Adventure Races rely on a passionate team of volunteers to keep the event running smoothly, safely, and with great energy throughout the day.
Whether you’re new to volunteering or have supported events before, there are a range of roles available to suit different interests and abilities.
📋 Registration Team
Be the first friendly face participants see on race day.
- Welcome teams and check them in
- Hand out race packs and bibs
- Provide key event information and answer questions
- Help set the tone for an exciting race experience
🔁 Transition Area Manager
Keep the heart of the race organised and running efficiently.
- Oversee the transition area where teams switch between disciplines
- Ensure gear is placed correctly and safely
- Assist with the flow of participants entering and exiting transitions
- Support timing and smooth race progression
📍 Checkpoint Collection Team
Get out on the course and help bring the race to life.
- Walk, ride or paddle to collect checkpoints after teams have passed
- Ensure equipment is accounted for and safely returned
- Assist the course crew with pack-down duties
- Enjoy being part of the outdoor action
🏁 Finish Line Assistants
Help celebrate every team as they complete their journey.
- Welcome teams as they cross the finish line
- Assist with medals, refreshments, and recovery area support
- Capture the atmosphere and cheer on participants
- Help create a memorable and positive finish experience
